Yeah, it would suck if it's not $40 at most, considering that they had it during the December Days deals for $40. But me, I'd settle for nothing more than $30.

I'm hoping the recent release of the GotY edition will persuade them to offer it for $30.

On Dec. 12th, they had it for $39.99, I bought it then played it a ton and sold it for a little more than that. I went ahead and picked it up again today. It's an amazing game and well worth the price for the single player. Very awesome!

I'm still pointing out the absurdity of asking if this is the lowest it will go when there WILL be a sequel and these games will drop lower. It's a matter of playing the game while others are and before something new hits. Getting the game now at a cheap price gives you a chance that you'll be able to play online with folks until probably fall... outside of GTA.

Good deal. Someone just requested my 360 copy on Goozex (which still has a $50-ish point value). I just ordered myself a replacement copy. Had it at $39.99 for Christmas, didn't drop much but still decent.

I'll probably buy the map pack with MS points, not a bad deal as people pointed out (instead of GotY edition).
