Anyone know what's up with these. If the only problem is a damaged box, than it might not be a bad deal. But do they come with the same warranty from microsoft that the other units get or what? Also, its says hdmi, so it should be a falcon one? I'm not that interested, but mostly curious...

thanks, but that only raised further questions... But I think I'll stick with a new unit... The shrink wrap ones seem to me like they are refurbs...
