i found out in another forum that it is possible to be eligible for gco w/o the email. you just need to click gco as your option and on the page it will automatically takes things off IF YOU QUALIFY. i was able to get $20 off $80 purchase....not $25 but close enough...i purchased this past Monday...apparently some have problems receiving emails for gco even if their account is credited with coupon. if don't qualify you could always cancel/not confirm the order before the final purchase.

for those trying to order the gta 4 special edition,rather than look for the google checkout option,click on the normal "proceed to checkout" option and you can sign into gco from there...after the game going down to $81.99 and the $25 off it came up to $56.99 !!! hope it doesn't get cancelled

held off on pre-ordering gta4 to take advantage of the $25 discount off buy.com today. it's so annoying though that pretty much anything videogame related under $25 gets charged a $6 shipping fee, even if your total order is greater than $25 (unlike amazon).

It made things difficult trying to figure out what was the best $16 to add to a regular version of GTA4 to maximize the discount so I just sprang for the special edition after seeing it got a discount today.

I ordered my SE at 330am (est) and it shipped as of 12pm (est)...I originally wanted the ps3 version because I couldn't see myself playing a gta game on a non sony system and a friend I game with is getting it for ps3,but accidently purchased it for 360...but at $57 shipped even though I'll miss out on the online part (I refuse to pay for live and dont have many ppl Id want to play with anyway) but with achievements and DLC I guess it evens out.

Actually, that's a good question, i really don't know, but it looks like the coupon is in my account for a long time... No, i'm not talking about the $25 off $75, but the $20 off $80. Weird eh? Mine didn't say anything about it when I put things in the cart or by email. But it still worked when I clicked the link to pay by Google Check Out and logged into my user. It only showed the discount once I was logged into my user with at least $75 worth of items in my cart.

I would be all over this if the shipping for the Rock Band or Guitar Hero wireless guitars were free, but it isn't.
