Yeah but in terms of philosophy 2 was infinitely better then most big budget sci-fi flicks. Watching I, Robot makes Matrix 2 seem like 2001.

BTW Daroga - have you seen "2001: A Space Odyssey", or better yet read the book? I'm interested in whether you enjoyed the "aliens guided human evolution" mythology of the films.I've actually not. I sat down once to watch it a while back and was bored to tears at the opening monkeys hitting bones part. But I was like 12, so I should maybe give it a shot.

And crystal, "will be" is improper. It's out. So "is." And no, were not in agreement over that, it's just more fun to talk about ficti... (I'm not walking into THAT trap! ;) ) movies than it is to argue about theories concerning the start of life.

No. But Matrix has better special effects.

I recommend you read the book and watch the movie. That way you won't only get one half of the story (they are meant to compliment each other)
