I got a brand new copy of a PS3 game off half.com, but unfornately it got damaged during shipping. Any ideas on what I can do?

I was hoping to get an empty case to replace the damaged one, but where do they have that?

Thanks!

Are you trying to get a refund of some sort? Was the game in a padded envelope or a thin paper one? If it was padded I'd say its the delivery services fault and if it was in a thin paper envelope its the sellers (could have done a better job).

As for the case you can try their suggestions at this old thread: Empty Blu-ray and PS3 Cases (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=146152)

It was in a padded envelope...it was shipped Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation, so maybe the other "media" (books) crushed it during shipment?

I would think that the company you bought it from would take responsibility for replacing it. Have you asked?

If you're looking for replacement cases hit up your local GC/HWV/BB/GR. My sis works at BB and she gets blanks all the time.

Ask your local ebgames if they'll let you have one. They get a ton in and just throw them away.
