Help me out... 360 halo edition???[Use XBOX360 FAQ's Thread]

OK so I am in a position to buy a new 360 halo edition, for around $290 or cheaper, depends if I can find my other gift card, then it would be around $270. I just got off the phone with them and they confirmed that it does come with the manufacturers warranty and is new, but the box is damaged.

First, does this sku have the falcon in it...? I read online that these were the first ones, so I'm not too worried.

Should I jump on this???

Yeah, I am hoping that it isn't.

I just ordered it from the amazon warehouse, I spoke to a service rep and she assured me it had the manufacturer's warranty and that it was never tampered with, only the box is damaged. I also had a bung of gift certificates, so it came out to be $248 shipped, super saver. If it isn't what I wanted and what she confirmed, than back it goes...
