If he does this in his off time, not during work, I don't see anything wrong.
If anything, this would attract a few extra people to his store. :p

Just ask for the next time tim works, best bet is to either do that, or ask to use the wiimote/nunchuck and play it for a bit, than mention that he's never been beat.

The only way I could see him getting in trouble is if he keeps getting beaten and is handing people these "free" games which he bought from the store he works from with his employee discount or something.

i'm sure once he's been beaten once or a couple times, he'll stop doing it. And i never once said Tim had to be working, he just had to be in the store, (maybe perhaps after/before a shift)
No point in getting the person in trouble if hes just offering up a challenge and being a nice guy.
