So, Ninja Gaiden II is going to be released June 3rd. I own Ninja Gaiden and Ninja Gaiden Black for the Xbox, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the PS3. They've been in my backlog for forever, but I figured I'd try and go through them all before NGII comes out. My main question is though...
Is there a certain order that I should play each one. Like should I play the Xbox ones first, then the PS3 one? Or some other order? Can anyone who has played through them help me out here?

Just play sigma.

Sigma has everything from Black I believe plus Racheal's (bland) missions- it's the most complete version. Just play Sigma, the other 2 are irrelevant.

They are all more or less the same game. Sigma is the most feature rich, and best looking, of the three versions, so play that one.

Yeah, play sigma. But, just make sure you play it. Any of them will give you a fantastic experience. I love NG1.
In case OP hasnt figure out, Black is just the original with more stuff, and Sigma is just Black with more stuff.
However Sigma doesnt have the classic NG games and those were great games.

I'm basically doing the same thing you are and trying to finish the first game before the second one is released. Just like everyone else I'll suggest playing Sigma, it's got extra missions and better visuals but lacking the arcade games. There's no point in finishing the same game 3 times over a period of 2 months, haha.

If that's the case about them being the same essentially, I'm sure I would have picked up on it. Thanks for the help everyone. I'll just play Sigma.
