How exactly do you choose the random winner? Do you go into a random # generator and get a post# from there? Do you copy and paste all the CAG IDs into an Excel file and again use a random # generator to get one from there? Do you write down all the CAG IDs on a piece of paper, throw all the pieces into a hat, and then grab one? Just curious.
