Thanks to Osh Kosh Biotch and defender for working with me on this spiffy new navigation bar, now coming online on the main pages of CAG.
As always open to suggestions and feedback...

I didn't notice it first until I mouseovered and the menu popped out. Pretty good job, but I don't think I'll be using it all that much. I really only click on deals on the main page or on the newest threads.

Very nice, but there are two links to the forums. There is the 'enter forums' button and then there is one in the ' community' dropdown.

Yes, that was done intentionally.

Fo' shizzle.
PS. JimmyMac, you need to make an animated avatar using web images from your web cam! I'm thinking an animated surprised look. Your gallery practically looks like a storyboard.
PPS. Keep it PG... sicko.

I would but that really sounds like.....work to get done. And the more I play your comment over and over in my head the more it sounds like you're trying to hit on me. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

All these updates in such a short period of time, it's almost too much to handle. Your world frightens and confuses me... your iron birds, your magic-picture boxes. I do not understand these things. You see, I am just an unfrozen caveman lawyer, and while I do not understand these magic cavepaintings, I do know that my client is entitled to $4.4M in compensatory damages...

I don't know if it was just me, but the new dropdown menus were not working correctly on my Mac using the default Safari web browser. All I saw was a bunch of links that ran together. I could tell that it was supposed to be a dropdown menu, but it was a mess. It works fine on my PC, but I just thought I'd let you know that Mac users are going to have a more difficult time navigating the site. If I didn't know where everything was already, it would have been quite a chore to locate things. Just thought you might want to know what it looks like from the Mac side of things. :(

Oh, boy.
We tested in IE, Opera, and Mozilla, but no Mac testing was done.
Its going to be difficult to test too, since I don't have a Mac and im pretty sure my cheap ass posse doesn't either.

It's great and it cleans the site up a bit but it does look fairly cheesy... there just green blocks, maybe if you had better graphics? Other than that, it's great!
Oh, and if you need someone to debug the problem, I have a mac at school... maybe I can help if you want me to do something specific. Send me an email.

this upgrade is great.
one time when I opened up the site in firefox, it had problem displaying the drop down menus - behaved like the Mac - but for some reason it works fine now.
thanks.

Neeto. I like. I still find myself going to the right side for the boards though. Old habbit.

I think it needs work, guys. I'm assuming, based on the praise you received, that this works better on other browsers, but for me (using IE), when I just run the mouse over the "store links" part unintentionally, it drops down all the menu selections, and then there's no way to get rid of it, nor is there even a way to switch to a different menu. :? I hate stuff jumping out at me like those nasty new flash ads, and this won't even go away, in fact, it's still on my other window as we speak. Shouldn't it be programmed so you have to click on the menu to see the selections? Oh well, nice effort, anyway.

What version of IE are you using? The lastest version is 6.
I use IE and it works just fine.

Well, I am using IE 5.0 because I have Windows 98, and IE 6 doesn't work well at all with Win98 (it was designed for XP). I don't seem to have trouble viewing many other websites, though... :?

Well, I don't know if you guys worked on the Mac compatibility at all, but it is now working properly in Safari on my Mac. :D
