So thanks to CAG, I picked up the following:
Killer 7 - $4.99
Final Fantasy XII (black label) - $9.99
Hitman Anthology - $19.99
Monster Hunter - $9.99
Rogue Trooper - $9.99
Tales of the Abyss - $4.99
Chrome Hounds - $14.99
First off; thanks guys :D if I hadn't known about the Blockbuster clearance I wouldn't have picked up games I've been meaning to catch up on.
But.
Usually when I buy used games (Gamerama, EB) they always (in my exp) had manuals included so I didn't even cross my mind.
But when I finally get home and open the games turns out none of them (except Rogue Trooper) had manuals. I called 'em and while I knew it was a longshot I asked if I could return them since I didn't even know they didn't guarantee manuals since they're used.
So, anyone know anywhere where they sell manuals only? I've been looking on eBay but ten bucks for a Chrome Hounds manual with five shipping is pretty crap. :(

bregamesmmcm3 on eBay sells a ton of instruction manuals for 2-3 bucks a piece. Decent shipping, might want to check them out.

I've got a lot of GBA carts that need replacement boxes, manuals or both, so I'll def check these guys out.
I believe "http://www.videogameinstructionbooklets.com/ and bregamesmmcm3 on eBay" are affiliated.
I just ordered two cases + manuals on eBay from bregamesmmcm3, and payment was made through that website....or something weird like that, but yeah. Cheap cases, and combined shipping. Not too shabby.

EB Games will give you the manuals at another store if you ask. Just carry the receipt in your wallet and if your at another store just ask if they have any for those titles. I've done it before at few times.

The games I bought were from BBV.

Have you tried checking within the sleeve of the game case (where the cover art is slipped in)?
Whenever I buy used games from BBV, they tend to put the instructions manual where the cover art is. If that's not that case, I guess it just something that mine does.

Used, the box looks all scratched up and suck but I just ordered some blank PS2 cases so it'll look as good as new soon.
And the game had a $9.99 sticket but it rung up as $4.99 so score :D.

Haven't had a chance yet, I have a good stack of games (just under 30) waiting to be played and finished (or close to it) and at the moment God of War, Rogue Trooper and XII are keeping me busy, but I'll make sure to put Abyss up top as my next-to-play. :D

Wow, that's an awesome price for Tales of the Abyss. There's no way I'd be lucky enough to find that in one of my local BBVs.

Oh, man. I'm hoping this site is legit. Let me know if the cases and their respective covers are in mint condition.
I've added items that are GH or have the coverart messed up to my trade list just because of minor problems like that.

I'm pretty sure they're legit, I've never dealt with them myself before though. Your other questions would be answered just by browsing their site, see:
Original Artwork Paper Insert from the outer sleeve of the game case in Very Good to Excellent Condition. This is NOT A PHOTOCOPY. This artwork insert will be shipped in a flat, rigid container so the artwork will not be damaged, folded or creased.
*** Some titles may be Player's Choice/Greatest Hits versions. If you DO NOT WANT the Player's Choice/Greatest Hits version, please be sure to include "Do not want Player's Choice/Greatest Hits version - Cancel order if Standard version is not available" in the notes field during check out. We CAN NOT tell you in advance if an item is going to be a Player's Choice/Greatest Hits version or not, as our inventory is constantly changing. ***

I just recieved 2 cases from them (though I bought them off eBay) and they arrived mint to near mint condition.
Boxes with manuals will probably run you $4. Combined shipping for the 2 cases I bought was just over $8, for a total of around $15 for 2 cases and manuals.

I ordered two manuals and only received one. They are good at refunding money but make sure they have the item in stock before purchasing.

How do you make sure if they have it in stock or not? Call them?

if you're cool with Digital scanned coppies, go to www.replacementdocs.com. Some companies don't like em and forbid their manuals, but a handful of companies actually encourage the free archiving, so to speak.
