This site now has the 120gb 360 HDD for only $79 which is a damn good deal if you ask me. Only looks like it'll run til a lil before noon eastern time though so hurry!

I get the impression this doesn't include the migration kit, since it's open box and the contents only lists the HDD itself.

Wow, good price......... I'd get it, but I dont really download much to my 360......... right now I still have about 10 gigs free space on my 20 gig

Ugh.
I've been looking for a good deal on on of these as Rock Band is currently eating my 20 gig alive. I'm down to less than 2 gigs now, but there's no way in hell I'm paying $180.
Oh well. The search continues, I guess.

Straight from xbox.com:
"The Xbox 360 120GB Hard Drive includes a data transfer kit to easily migrate all of your saved data from your 20GB HDD to your 120GB HDD. It comes preloaded with great HD game demos, videos, and an assortment of Xbox LIVE Arcade game trials."
You only need to request it if you're buying an Elite.

The Elite doesn't come with the migration kit, and that's what you ask for via phone or mail to get the migration kit.
