Im trying to box up some of my old consoles and I swear to god this fucking controller is impossible to fit into the box with the system. Ive already snapped th styrfoam in half like an idiot.

The 2 styrofoam holders go on each side of the system, then there's a cardboard holder that you put on top of that. Then the power cable, A/V cables & controller go in that cardboard holder.

So the styrofoam things go side to side and not up and down? Im an idiot. I managed to force it all in there the wrong way then.
