Im having some trouble with making a decision here. I have had both the 360 and ps3 for about 6 months now, and I enjoy both. However, I was really itching to get into some pc games, or at least pc centric games. So I bought a high powered gaming pc off of craigslist and I'm loving it. I also realized that almost all of the games that I really dug from the 360 (Orange Box, CoD4, Bioshock, Oblivion...) are even better when you have a good pc.

So my question is this, and i need it to be fanboy free (not that I doubt the objectivity of the wonderful cag community):

Is it worth having all 3 of those systems? I have a lot of old ps2 games for my ps3, so it seems silly to get rid of my 60gig. Plus i have a soft spot for LBP and MGS4.

I am in the processs of trying to create a personal recording studio, so I'm considering selling my 360 to help fund that endeavor. Does anyone here have any advice?

ps. my xbox live subsrciption runs out in about 1 week, so I won't be wasting any subscription time.

thanks.

I would stick with the PC and PS3 and get rid of the Xbox (thats what I'll be doing soon). There are so many games coming out for PS3 that I'm interested in this year. Also if any exclusives come out for the 360, chances are that you will be able to get them for the PC if you can wait a few months.

I also don't really trust my Xbox lasting me (I've already sent one back) the same length of a PS3 or even my PS2 which I've had since 2001. I'm also would like to get a BD player which the PS3 has. But ultimately it's up to you, what do you get the most out of and what to you enjoy playing the most.

It just comes down to how much you pay each. If one's not getting touched often, then get rid of that one.

For me, I just have a 360 and DS and there's more than I can every find time to play on those two, so I have no need for more consoles. But you probably game a lot more than I do and maybe you need 2 or 3 platforms.

PS3 does have the BD player advantage, assuming you use it. So even if you don't game much on it (but sounds like you do) it may be worth keeping around independent of it's gaming use.
