What games do you recommend? I have pacman, king of fighters r2, turf masters, samurai showdown 2, metal slug 1st mission and fatal fury contact. I'm getting bust a move, but not sure what else I want. Also, what's a good site to buy them off of? I'm trying to find sites that sells cheap games, maybe $20 and under. I'm moving the 29th and want to order some games now, and I don't want to take my chances with an ebay seller taking too long to ship (meaning the game would go to an address I no longer live at).

if you legally change your address, everything sent to the old one gets forwarded to the new one

Ya, but my new address is in canada (I'm in the u.s. now). It can take up to 4 weeks just to send mail between boston and toronto (the shortest I've seen it take is 10 days). I sent about 5 letters there when I was applying to college, it wasn't just one freak occurrence

Definitely get the SNK vs. Capcom card battlers clash. It's super addicting, I've put over 100 hours into it, and it's fairly cheap. It comes in both Capcom and SNK flavors. Metal Slug 2nd mission is good. Ogre Battle is good, but not cheap. I liked Gals Fighters and SNK vs. Capcom Match of the Millenium as well.
As for where to get them, try videogamedeals, videogame liquidators, and Lik Sang. I think that Play Asia has them too. There's no region lockout. I haven't shopped for these in a long time, so these sites may no longer have them.

www.gameliquidation.com has cheapass NGPC games. I posted a deal for them not long ago. They marked down a lot of games, and you can get them even lower with the 15OFFNEONOW coupon code.
As for actual games, try Card Fighter's Clash, Capcom vs SNK Match of the Millenium, and Faselei!

You can hardly find a bad game for the console. Avoid Dive Alert and the Mahong type stuff (if you don't like it of course), but other than that, you'll get some enjoyment out of almost everything you buy.

Is the card fighters capcom any different than the snk version? I don't really know snk characters, so I think I'd enjoy the capcom one more because I am familiar with the characters. Is that the only difference? Or is one game better than the other? Also, I love rpg's and I noticed there's ogre battle, evolution and biomotor unitron. Are the japanese versions of any of these games in english? Many of the games seem to have an english language option. Are there anymore rpg's? Dive alert and dark arms don't interest me, and I'm buying faselei (though none of those 3 seem like true turn based rpg's) right now.

Don't mean to be pushy, but I'm kind of in a hurry here, need to order tonight to make sure my stuff arrives by next friday. Do ogre battle, evolution and biomotor unitron have english language options (like many japanese neo geo pocket games seem to)? Also, are there any other rpgs that are in english? I'm not interested in dive alert and dark arms, and I'm ordering faselei.
Is there any difference between the snk vs capcom card games besides the characters? Is one better than the other for some reason?
Also, is the rockman fighting game worth 50 bucks? I've always had a soft spot for megaman, even if I only really enjoyed x4, and x5 & 8 somewhat. The others are fun, but I never play them that long, mainly because I suck at all the others. Though I did play 3 alot, that was a pretty good one.

The only difference in card games is your starting deck is stacked towards whichever company, and each version has 5 cards exclusive to that version. So, the street fighter characters for example, are in both versions. Oh yeah, and the color scheme (menus, etc.) is different. I have the SNK one where everything is blue, and my girlfriend has the capcom one where everything is mustard yellow, which really bugs me for some reason.
As far as the japanese games go, because there was no region lock out, the game senses what language your system is set for. It was one batch of carts and different packaging for each country is all. Games that came out here, or that had a European release are safe bets. Games that were Japan and Asia only are dicy, but most games are not text heavy. The only exception I've found is gals fighters, which did come out here at the end of the system's lifespan, but my game only has japanese in it.

Biomotor Unitron is in English. From what I can tell, the sequel is not.

what about evolution? Can anyone verify if that is in english? It was released in japan, u.k. (and I think it said the u.s. as well, but very limited, and then recalled). It's expensive and I don't want to waste my money if it isn't in english.

There is a version of Evolution in English, but it's rare. Yes, upposedly there were only limited quantities of the English version, and those were later recalled. Try eBay or www.ncsx.com (click on shop).
