I will be around more often this summer. I should be working like 35 or so hours after I get my promotion, but I don't have anything else going on this summer. Next semester will probably be like this semester though. I am taking 18 hours next semester to finish up my poly sci degree. Poly Sci is easier though and there is a lot less reading, so I should be around even with a heavier workload (though sparingly).
I will probably get my Xbox back sometime next week, and when I do I should be on more. After I turn in this 20 page paper I am done with school.

German unification. It is for my Eastern Europe class. I am writing about the perspective of people at the New York Times on the subject. It isn't like it is a hard paper to write, just boring. I kind of wished I did something more interesting, but I took the easy way out. I have had a lengthy paper due every week for the past 4 weeks, which is why I did something boring and simple.

I'm an ABA therapist for kids with autism. Right now I'm privately contracted. Basically, parents get a certain amount of hours of therapy each week for their kids. I put myself out there and tell them how much I'd like to make. Then I just run the programs with the kids. It's all home based work, and the sessions are short (3 hours long).
Right now I have 2 clients, but I'm looking to pick up 2 more in the next couple weeks. I also have an interview with one of the biggest ABA contractors in my area next monday, so I'm excited for that.

At the moment, GTA4 has a higher avg. review score, with more reviews than even OoT and lots of others on the top ten.
I don't think it'll be dropping off like Bioshock. The reviews are in, not going to be much more trickling in.

It had an impact because people finally got around to playing it. All the concepts and stuff have been in GTA since the beginning. What I am not denying that it wasn't innovative. Only that it was innovative long before the third one ever hit the scene. There was still no real story and the missions and structure were all similar to past games.

Consider things like the Castlevania, Metroid and Zelda games getting around to adding that extra dimension.
The general idea and goals stay roughly the same, but I have to imagine that approaching it is very different, design wise.

I am not comparing a 2D sidescroller to its 3D counterpart. I am comparing an over the top view game to a 3D counterpart. A game that it took so much from that it didn't feel fresh. The music, the structure of the island, the missions, etc. All of it felt like it was recycled from the first one. Zelda, Metroid, Castlevania, etc. all get around that by using storyline techniques that set the games in different places.

It's powerful, but the syntax is so fucking arcane that I still don't really know how to use it beyond the most basic functions.
I've put a lot more time into MATLAB and Maple, if only because I get better results out of them. MATLAB's much, much better at graphing and handling large lists of data (and the only one of the three that can pull data directly from Excel, as far as I know), and Maple has the best visual formatting for input and output, without Mathematica's syntax.

From my experience, each of the three packages (MATLAB, Maple, and Mathematica) have their own strengths and weaknesses. The problem I've run into is that there isn't a consensus on my campus, so I've had professors and courses use all three of them. I've got a working knowledge of each of the three packages, but not much beyond that because I've had to split my efforts between them.
I want to put more time into Mathematica so I can actually use it without having to leave the help window open all night long, but I can't find it online. I could swear that there was a page on our engineering website where you could get a student license and install package for free, but I can't find it at the moment so that'll have to wait.

Speaking of car crashes, my neighbor got in a car crash. She flew out of her car.
She was drunk driving from the beach to her friends house, or something stupid.
If you guys drink, your girlfriend will get pregnant and your parents will die.

... nobody said anything about a car crash.
Most I spent on a video game newthat I can rememberwas:
Mortal Kombat Trilogy (N64) - $74.99
He'll spend 75 bucks on a Mortal Kombat game, but he won't play GTA?
I'm betting he never used any special moves and got by on punch/kick combos with babalities/friendships for finishers.

Did she live to give the sage advice above, about her girlfriend getting pregnant and her parents dying?
Mortal Kombat Trilogy, on the N64, was more nuetered than TMK.

MK Trilogy was lame anyway. UMK3 was where it was at.
There were a few characters missing, or some shit.
And imagine playing a 2-D fighter with that Nintendo 64 trident controller.

yeah, because stealing a car and getting it chopped up has everything to do with crashing a car.
... dumbass.
officer - ''what happened here?''
officer # 2 - ''I'm not sure, looks like a car was stolen but I'll just write it off as a wreck.''
officer - ''sounds good to me, we're out of here!''
