Drum Pedal Broken?

Anyone had their Rock Band bass pedal snap off right at the heel point?

My completely fell apart...just went to start a song and the on the second bass note the whole pedal just fell apart, breaking at the hell point.

Any chance they'll replace it? Or am I boned and needing to dish out another $70 on a new drumset?
