Vista won't boot up

After running vista for about 6 months I decided to try to start dualbooting it with XP. so I install easybcd and the other stuff but did not yet install XP. so I just keep using my computer normally for a couple of days until I come home and find out that someone turned it off while I was away and while this is usually no big problem so I try to turn the computer on but I get the error message "Invalid Boot.ini C:\Windows" and after that I just get a blank screen.

I'm not that proficient with computers so I'm kinda confused and angry right now because everything I try to do doesn't work.

That should fix it, I only skimmed it though. Just Google it like I did.
