Yeah that would be pretty cool...I don't think it will happen though simply because before that preview on ign this game had very little exposure;to the point where I don't think they could justify mass producing a pre-order item this kind of niche game (which is much for niche than a Nocturne or DDS type rpg)

The only ones I know are from Shadow Hearts. I have Growlanser: Generations, but I haven't had time to play it yet. I still don't know the premise behind them all being in the same game together though.

There's a chance for sure. But I'm pretty serious about collecting my RPGs and I don't want to miss out on this one. I have a feeling it will be extremely rare...

If anyone is to blame, it is the publishers who strike these deals with GameStop. It's not like GameStop can force them to make anything exclusive.

Wolfpup, I thought Dragon Force was a lot more complex than Shining Force 2
Might I suggest Suikoden Tactics? It's decent and certainly not complex.
Jeanne D'arc is also fantastic and keeps it old school.

I know exactly how you feel Wolfpup. The first RPG I ever played was Shining Force 2 on the Genesis and I fell in love with the series. Vandal Hearts and even Suikoden Tactics were almost as good but the NISA and Idea Factory strategy games were too complex and stat heavy. I want to like this game because of the characters but if the battle system sucks I'm going to be really mad.

That's funny that someone mentioned getting Chulip for $10 because that's what I just did last week after forgetting about it after countless delays. I think I'll try the same tactic with Chaos Wars. RPG Fan gave it the highest review so far and it sounds like you have to overlook a lot to enjoy it. Also, console exclusives are bad enough, we really don't need retail exclusives on certain games now too.
