Grand Theft Auto 3 pack price??

I heard someone mention sometime ago about one of the GTA 3 packs being hard to come by.

I saw one while browsing in Target with Liberty Cities and San Andreas and something else for $29.99.

I couldn't weed them out on ebay to find a price.

The PS2 version is pretty common, I think it's the Xbox pack (http://www.amazon.com/Rockstar-Games-29917-Grand-Trilogy/dp/B000BP3E1Q/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1211043422&sr=8-2)
that fetches a higher price.
