i ordered a dvd with my pepsi points and haven't recieved it yet.Who do i call and how long should i wait to call.I ordered on the 8th of may and haven't recived a shipping email

They are probably out of stock or backordered for it. When they ship it out when they get it in stock they should sent you a notification.
