That's good news for cube owners, more systems sold means (hopefully) more 3rd party game support.

I wonder if Nokia is having problems keeping up with N-gage sales, I hear some stores still sell them.

Yeah I remember being in an EBX before Christmas and they had to keep telling people they were sold out.

People wanted the Zelda bundle too.

I got lucky with mine. I have a black GC and had to have an Indigo for my bedroom. Bought a black one, used BB reward points to get it to $75 and also did the NFL Street for free match from CC. Used that to sell on Ebay for $42 which I used for other purchases. Held the new black one for 28 days and finally exchanged at BB once they got a new Indigos in stock. Just before these shortages.

Im so glad to hear this, Go Nintendo, there may still come a day when everyone will own a Nintendo product like they owned VCRs.

It's great that Nintendo sold through their Gamecubes, but come on! Did they really think they would last after a price cut to $99 and one of the greatest pack in deals ever with Zelda. They should of kicked up production long before they did. Still, it's good to see the big N getting some love out there. I just hope it's not too late.

They either didn't fully anticipate the sudden demand for GC's after the price drop or simply didn't have the money to order more to be made. I'd say the former is probably more true than the latter.

Awesome! It's about time Nintendo got some love. And I really hope this means more third-party games.
