Last Wednesday I called to see if I could just place another order for Narnia and get the $10 off. I was told no over the phone, but I emailed them as well, and they provided me a link I could click on for a special one-time deal where if I ordered Narnia and provided them my order number, they would issue me a $10 promo in my account.

yeah, just got them to refund me 5 dollars per movie via the phone a minute ago. pre-ordered both of them a while ago.

I just did it through email using the quick option, choose my two orders and sent them an email kindly asking to refund me $10, got refunded the next day.

Just order them and email them after you place your order or email them ahead of time, sometimes they give you a special link to order your items to get the discount off.

The first e-mail I sent was denied because I didn't meet the promotion requirements. I resent a second e-mail, which was exactly the same as the first, and they approved my refund of $10. Sometimes, Amazon can be so incosistent...if at first you don't succeed, try and try again. :)
