24 Hour Parking Garage in Manhattan or Brooklyn

I'm going to the Diggnation taping this Wednesday (http://www.diggmeetup.com/nyc/index.html) and I thought I'd turn to my NY-based CAGs for parking garage recommendations.

I plan on shopping/walking the 5th Ave area during the day and being in Brooklyn for Diggnation around 5. I was going to take a cab from one borough to the other, so it doesn't matter where I park -- I'm just looking for a 24-hour place (with flat, all-day rates) that's not going to beat the hell out of my car.

Any suggestions?

I'm not really aware of any famous, well-renown parking garages. I guess you could find a parking garage near all the Broadway shows if you're afraid of your car getting the shaft.

I go to a bus terminal / parking lot in North Bergen. That bus runs from the lot to the Port Authority.
