lets say target lists some games in their weekly ad like a thirty dollar game for fifteen dollars and sixty six cents. They run out of the game and if you ask for a rain check, it is store policy that they have to give it to you and the language on the raincheck clearly allows for substitutes.

we are not allowed to sell these coupons for profit on cag, but we are allowed to give them away. also, target seems to be cracking down on these rain checks bc people are abusing the fuck out of them

i agree, and it is in fact not allowed, but why is it allowed to sell reg codes to gamecube games for the metroid prime 2 demo disc and not allowed to sell target rainchecks?
