I just found Beyond Good and Evil for Xbox and Pikmin 2 for GCN both new at Walmart for $19.99 each.

Yes on both, I would have bought more copies, I am hoping to get BGaE signed by Michel Ancel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michel_Ancel) at Ubi if I get to cover BGaE 2.
