I've had it happen once or twice before, and just let it go. I may let it go again instead of being a hassle anyway I received a game with the booklet which I assumed it came with it, and also they said it didn't have any thing at all on the disc, and it had quite a few scratches. Would you just settle for that or send it back or what?

So the game came with everything, but the disc is scratched?
If the game works, I'd just let it slide. You could leave neutral feedback saying the game works, but not in the condition described.
I wouldn't leave negative feedback unless the game didn't work and the seller refused to give a refund.

If it was an expensive game, you can ask the seller to give you a small refund ($5 - $10, depending on how expensive the games was)
If it was cheap, then let it slide.

It was missing the booklet. I will let it slide knowing me since it was cheap.

Link to the auction?
If they stated it was complete and its missing its booklet then contact them for a partial refund (or return if you want) prior to leaving feedback. If they don't want to deal with you, leave them neutral or negative feedback as you see fit and they'll jump to refund you.
