I'm still keeping my nuka-cola bottle opener preorder at Best Buy. Do those mini guides actually show anything? I got one with Assassin's Creed and it gave strategy to the first mission and thats it. Not to mention that it was literally a mini guide in size. Amazon has the collector's edition guide on sale for like 22 bucks and the regular cheaper. The $10 card is nice, but even if you used it to buy the real guide it would be more than Amazon.

Can always got to gamestop preorder, get the bonuses (if they have any left) and then cancel. I got my soundtrack and poster like a couple months ago this way. It's not really any good though, like 4-5 tracks, 2 I think are like old time songs like in the original trailer, and 2-3 are actual in game orchestrated music which is nice but that's it... I'm getting it from amazon thanks to no tax + 5% off gold box.

While pre-ordering Viva Pinata 2, I pre-ordered Fallout 3 on the fly (not even knowing about the soundtrack/poster, which I was grateful for).

It's a little harder to stick with GS, when you have to justify a mass-produced poster and soundtrack over a $10 gift card.

So while I normally would jump in and say my piece about why stealing swag is the sad kind of cheap, I recently thought about it too, so I'm the worst person to judge :lol:
