Best Buy Pre-order of MGS4 back ordered?

I preordered MGS4 a while ago from best buy, mainly since I had a lot of rewards certificates. And now it says that the item I ordered is back ordered. I emailed them and they just said that due to high demands...blah blah blah bullshit. I would have done in store pickup, but I have my finals are going on and I'll be busy for the week.

So is it just a mistake, should it be shipped soon?
