I just got persona 3 used from gs, and it ony has the case insert, case, and disc, i missing artbook soundtrack and big box, correct, how can i get these contents, should i email atlus?

You probably can't get it from Atlus, seeing as how you bought it used at GameStop.

Atlus has sometimes had extras but thats stuff like inserts manual, etc. What your missing isn't exactly gonna be sitting around in a warehouse but their is no harm in asking.
They have been willing to help people who got incomplete games get the missing parts for free in the past.
Most likely you won't be able to get those items unless you buy it off someone though
that was when they used to have an online store. Now that it is closed, it is even harder for them to send you anything
