Anywhere selling Sixaxis cheaper?

The SixAxis controllers have been on clearance at my local Wal-Marts, Pensacola, Fl, for almost a month now. One Wal-Mart got down to $40 last week, but this week, the regular store scanners display "Please see associate for assistance". The scanner/terminals in the electronics department still scan at $40. Does this mean no more price drops for this item?

I saw them for $29.99 at Target when I went on Monday. They were all sold out though.
Not sure if it's regional or not. They were not clearanced....just a tag on the hook above where they hang that said Sale.
