I need help.

i registered my game id and password
got the confirmation email
confirmed
but when i try to log in it says: Error

ive made 3 different game ids all of which i confirmed
but none work

any suggestions???

I had a hell of a time logging on, turned out I was typing in the wrong password, it's all numbers and I was using my alphanumeric password instead.

I think Konami could have done a better job with logging in and registering. It took a long time to createan account (kept rejecting whatever I typed) and you need to create too many different passwords and ID's to remember!

Also, as well as the numeric password all usernames must be lowercase.

it let me register but when i try to sign in, says ERROR.
