OK, I'm at the ultimate level of frustration. I really, really want to play the 7th Guest on my PC. I have the original 2 CDs for the game and I run a system with Windows Vista. For the love of god help me figure out how to run this game. I downloaded the patch that helps it to run on XP, but the game freezes right when I click on the house at the beginning. Please tell me that there is some way I can play it. I was about 12 when it came out and I really want to play it again. Thanks,

There was this program that let's you play all old lucas arts games on XP. Not sure if it works on Vista, but I'll try to remember the name of it.

Try http://www.dosbox.com/
It's a dos emulator. 7th guest is fully supported in dosbox.

That LucasArts thingy you were thinking of is ScummVM. (http://www.scummvm.org/)
