paypal problem

I decided i wanted to withdraw money from my paypal account to my bank account, so i had to verify my bank account. They put 2 small deposits in my bank account and i had to tell them the amount so they'd know i had access to that account.

The account gets verified and so i go to the paypal website and withdraw most of my money. 2 weeks later and the money is still not in my bank account. Anybody else had this happen?

I emailed them with their Help form, but i got some generic response that didn't tell me anything. I'm guessing i'll have to call them and get it settled

Used them for YEARS never a problem, ringalingaling call them and start a money trace.

whenever you have issues with paypal, always call them...there email customer support is horrible...I have been using paypal for awhile as well, and I have never had that problem either. Is the money still available in your paypal account? I have Bank of America as a checking/saving account and It is usually 48 hours for me after I withdraw the money from my paypal account.

no the money was subtracted from my paypal but still not in my bank account

Did you withdraw it into your account? Or did you ask for a check?...if it was supposed to deposit into your account...call paypal.

called paypal and told them the money didn't get deposited into my account but was withdrawn from my paypal account. The woman says "my computer says the transaction was completed so it should be in your bank account", i then say "but its not". She then puts me on hold and has a 10 minute long discussion with her supervisor. She then tells me they can trace it after 14 days but since it's only been 9 business days after the date it should've been deposited i must wait till friday to have it traced.
