No not really, but it makes me mad they dont ship on monday. My ps2 from sony came on saturday and they want a signiture. Well the $$$s came at 12:30 and i was out to eat at that time. Well now i have to wait till tuesday. Im just kinda pissy about the fact that i took advantage of the ebgames sale and i cant play any of the games i got.

I get packages from Fedex on Monday all the time...
It's weekends when they usually don't deliver.

Here's your problem. What you should do when you expect fedex packages is call them and ask that they assign a heterosexual to deliver it. That way it will arrive much faster.

you can just drive to fedex and pick up the package.

Then again you may live in the sticks. My fedex pickup place is right up the street

Yeah, I almost always miss the delivery because I'm at work all day... I just drive to the Fedex station and pick it up...

They usually leave this little sticker on the door for me to sign, then they come back the next day or whatever, take that sticker and leave the package.

So because YOU weren't home to get your package, and FedEX followed their own regulations, they suck?

:applause:

Brilliant logic.

Fed Ex rocks, I never had that problem happen since I signed that wavier, now they just throw my package at the door. Even before they were pretty clear about picking up packages, just had to go at 6 pm. I mean cripes you're whining because they came fairly early in the day, that isn't a bad thing at all.

Speaking from a business point of view, Fedex is a much better service. They tend to be faster, cheaper and most importantly.. the damage packages much less frequently. And Fedex definitely delivers on Mondays.. but if you called bitching them out on Saturday simply because they wanted a signature.. I can understand them telling you that just to screw with you.

they did but i have to wait another 2 days. Also on the code i have put in fedex.com before and its always very telling of whats going on. Now today it just says delivery exeption. It doesnt say its on the truck or anthing.

Off topic, but I got home one day and like 2 minutes later I got a package from UPS it was like 5 p.m. I thought that was kinda odd, the latest I ever got a package was like 2 p.m.

It says delivery exception because they were unable to obtain a signature. It was rescheduled for today's delivery and either A. has yet to be delivered/updated or B. they were unable to obtain a signature yet again.

UPS and FedEx home delivery both can go up until 8pm. If they're tremendously busy with their business deliveries (which of course they're more worried about).. then they'll put off the home deliveries until late. This is also part of why I always get my things shipped to my work.

I once got a package from UPS at close to 10 at night. It wasn't even a second trip, that was the first they came.
