Did you already get yours? I normally don't get access to it from GameStop's web server tunil around 10 PM. The email shows up, for me, between 8 AM and 8 PM on Friday. I know it's not the same for everyone, but that's my normal timeframe.

Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters for $12.60 is pretty tempting. I really wish I could find a used Crush or Space Invaders Extreme around here - but there's no used Crush in the area, and you can't search for a used SIE on the website yet (and there probably aren't any at this point anyway).

Obviously the store gets the most benefit from selling used games, but nobody ever mentions that someone must have originally purchased the game new and sold it to the store in the first place. If there was no secondary market for games, those people would be buying fewer games, and probably be far more selective and less risk-taking on unknown IPs. GS's big profits show that their used prices are more in line with what people perceive to be a fair value for games than new games prices, even considering the downsides of buying used. Used games also make gaming more affordable, enlarging the market.

It's not good towards new games ONLY USED GAMES. I'm pretty sure you can't stack this coupon along with the gameday coupon.

Man...sucks, I went to GS and all the games I wanted had no covers or manuals. In fact, about 85% of the games didn't have covers or manuals. Manager keeps telling me that a lot of the trade ins are done by military serviceman who tend to chuck the covers/manuals when they serve duty....

But here is how the price breakdown is:

$24.99 ->coupon + Edge = $17.49
$19.99 -> coupon + Edge = $13.99
$14.99->coupon + Edge = $10.49
$12.99->coupon + Edge = $9.09

Saw God of War for the PSP...but I think at $34.99 it would be $26 or $27.99 probably...

Great picks. don't worry about missing the import data to Dawn of Sorrow. The items are still obtainable, just later in the game. Certainly not worth buying the games separately for.

For those looking for GH III...

GH III is listed for $29.99, but rings up with a $10 instant credit to make it $19.99. The interesting thing is that the edge card took $3 off my game (instead of $2 off like I expected), so it rang up for $16.99 + tax.

Note: Look for the copies that have a barcode on them if you plan to trade it in anywhere other than gamestop. The bundled version of the game has a "not for resale" label instead of the barcode which could make it difficult to trade at some locations.

Yes, that DS sale that they had about a month and a half ago was a great deal at 25% off plus the Edge getting it to 35% if I recall. I definitely went crazy with that coupon. I believe a month prior there was a PSP one as well but I missed that one.

I just bought the Singstar bundle today (or Friday depending on when you're reading this). I did not know about the $20 giftcard. I know it says select locations, but would the employees need to be informed of this, or would it show up on the computer when ringing it up? I guess I just need to go back in tomorrow with the ad and my receipt and see what's up. I don't really care, I just wanted a white PS2 and I'm going to sell the Singstar and 2 mics on for $20 (probably on eBay), so I'll get my $20 either way. But a new PS2 for $110 sure would be nice.

A 25% off used PS2 games happened two weeks ago, so I doubt that might have that tomorrow. The % off coupons happen in a cycle. The next one might be PS3, 360, or Wii coupon, but this is just speculation. We just have to wait and see tomorrow. Also like you I'm waiting for the B2G1 sales. Hopefully that starts soon.
