PSN Friends list expanded NOW!!!

i just found out that sony have updated the ps3 friends list by 50 giving 100 in total>

I just found this out at Gametrailers. I tried testing this by adding Jest311 to my list (my list was at 50) and it works.

So right now, it's being figured our list can now go up to 100, not sure. Basically, I now have 49 open slots on my buddy list and so do everyone else who had a maxed out friend's list.

I do apologize to those who were removed once. Not a single person was removed because I didn't like them, I was just being heavily pressured to create space on my friends list many times. It's like I knew over 100 people who wanted to be my friend on PSN, yet I did not have much space. I removed 75 people from my PSN friends list, because of it.

Whether I accept friend requests is another story though, because some I'll accept, some I may not (only because, why accept someone I barely know and lack common games with?).

That's pretty cool. I'm a loser on PSN so I don't have a maxed out list but it's good they bumped up the number. I just wish you could organize it rather than have a long list of friends.

I did, and it's been capped for months.

I rarely use mine now. In game messaging would be really nice.Friends list is important for CoD4, Burnout, etc., because people MUST be on your list to play with you. Personally, I still love the buddy list because I LOVE sending messages to my friends, having video chats, and seeing what game they are playing (that's the main reason I cannot go back to last gen, since I love having friends and seeing what games they are playing).

It's like, if I want to message someone, I'm in game and can't.

Thats one thing I wish they'd change, I wish they'd make it more noticeable when we have unread messages. Half the time I don't notice when someone sends me a message (Like the couple of times you send me a message asking me to host Warhawk, because you're having weather.)

Do it Paco!!!!!!! TF2 is a hell of a good time!! The problem I have with the OB is that it does not distinguish between what game you are playing in the XMB. So I dont know if js1 (for example) is playing HL, Portal or TF2.

I'll tell you what. There can be a TF2 night, as long as it isn't on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (Tuesday - Thursday is okay for a main night).

What needs to happen is someone needs to be an admin for it, and I'll tell them what they need to do to get started (such as created a thread called: CAG team Fortress 2 PS3 Night [ ]). Once it gets setup, I'll link it to the Official CAG PSN Gaming Group and make it official (where the night it gets, NO other game can have it. I prefer Tuesday or Wednesday).

I went and sent some more friend requests out to fellow Cags/PS3 owners. I'm really glad they made it 100 people now, 50 was just too small IMO.
