You know when u buy a game and they have the "register your game" insert. Me i've always just thrown them away but does anybody actually send these in?
What type of stuff do they send you?
Spam?

I keep them in the case so it will be as complete as the day I bought it.

I only send in if I get something (like the Disgaea art thing that came with the rerelease copies, you know what I mean dammit). Otherwise, it's not worth it...

I try to...usually register on-line...you never know when you may win some stuff.

I sent one in for KOF 2000/2001 for PS2. And they sent me a free pack of KOF collector cards. That was cool.

I send in every one I get, but haven't gotten much. Though I hope that Disgaea art book promotion is still running.

yeah I never send those in but it the card is in the manual like with DC games then I leave it in there to keep the game as in "new" condition as possible.

Typically you don't have to send in the cards...most companies now-a-days have "web sites" where you can register your products...thus keeping your game in pristine condition.

I sometimes register the games from the inserts if it's pre-paid postage and there is a giveaway or drawing for prizes.

I'll usually do it online. Mostly with the games by EA, since they will send you a code or hint by e-mail for the game you bought. It's rare that I'll actually get a demo from a company. I used to get a few demos from Sony during the PS1 era, but they haven't done that much anyomore. It would be nice if ONE of the companies would give a demo disc for filling out one of their cards, but what can you do?

I wish I'd win one of these drawings.
