My friend recently got a gashapon or capsule toy from Japan, but doesn't know how to put it together, so I thought I would the people of CAG to help a fellow in need. Thanks a lot.

It loosely translates to: "Before second activity commences, set up the bomb, you master of unlocking"

Minor correction. But this is important stuff and needs to be addressed.
<snip> set us up the bomb, you the master of unlocking

It looks like its just telling you to put a cell battery in a certain spot and then you can connect it to other toys in the set. The pictures really tell it all. Shouldn't be hard to put a little toy together, they're like a couple pieces and maybe some string/chain unless its a puzzle toy.
Otherwise..
Press button. Receive Bacon.

This explains why I fell when I tried to make myself into a human mobile.
