My brother tried using one, and it didn't show him anything during the sign-up process about anything being free... said $12.99 and a "+ Magazine" offer.

if they dont work (they should cause they say they need to be used by tonight)
Call up gamefly tomorrow and complain until they give you the 30 days. I should of listed them last week but just found them lying in my basement last night

Two of the codes my brother tried seem to enter, but none of them actually gave the 30 days it seemed. No idea, but thanks for posting them, seems like they did work for someone in the thread, so that's good, just no dice here.
