The SNES had some of the best games ever released, many of which hold up today. Final Fantasy III is my favorite game of all time, Super Mario All Stars has updated versions of the incredible Mario games, Castlevania IV is the last great conventional Castlevania (I count Dracula X as the beginning of Metrovania), Metroid III is the greatest Metroid game of all time. I cannot think of a console with as many great hits and ceritified classics. In fact if you take the top 5 game consoles with the greatest library of games (which I would believe would be NES, SNES, GEN, PSOne, and PS2), I wonder which one would come out on top. I think I would pick the SNES (the PSOne is a close second with all the re-releases of the FF games).

Yeah I agree with you on almost all of those. I don't see how I forgot zombies ate my neighbors use to play it all the time when it first came out. Same with Un Squadron,earth worm jim, and the mega man games. I forgot the spiderman games almost all of them was either decent or really good.
