New PSP Owner - Need Game Recommendations + Questions

I recently won a Red PSP Bundle w/ God of War and will need some games accompanying it. Can anyone recommend some games for it? I like all kind of genres, from Action, Horror, Adventure, RPG, etc, so anything is fine.

Also, I have a few questions:

1. Any problems that I should look for? Such as the hardware and the screen.
2. Any battery problems overall?
3. Are there any key differences between PSP that comes with GoW then the original?

You've probably already checked for dead or stuck pixels. That's about it. Just make sure to get a screen protector. I would also recommend a wrist strap because the Slim is slippery.

Nope. A full charge should last the entire day at medium brightness.

3. Are there any key differences between PSP that comes with GoW then the original?
There are key differences between the Slim and original but the Slim is better overall so no worries.

good titles on the cheap: Metal Gear Acid 2 (a must IMHO, and it's super cheap... $8), Metal Gear Solid PO, Monster Hunter Freedom 2, Killzone Liberation, Patapon, Gurumin, Ultimate Ghosts & Goblins ... etc.

I second Jeanne d'Arc and Patapon. If you still a SRPG fix, go for Disgaea. Lumines is still a classic.

yeah, you should get a 1-4 gig memory stick for game saves, videos, music, etc.

If you like sports and you like baseball, definately check MLB 08 The Show, it's a great game.
