Account on PrizeRebel disabled

My account, and my friend's account on prize rebel got disabled yesterday. I really don't know why though. The only solution is that my friend and I made a custom order for Diablo 2 items on D2items.com. Yes I made a order before and i got my items. But this time it's different... I asked my friend to get me something since he has 4 points, and barly goes on prizerebel. He agreed to get something for me but i had to give him the text of the order. anyways his order form was like

Dear prize rebel staff,
Hi i would like to get X item Xvalue Xprice url d2items.com thank you very much

Mine was very much the same thing. I've sent 2 emails to Support@prizerebel.com explaining what happen, and they've never replied back:(. anyone know any solution to get my account undisabled, and my friends? Also on prizerebel i had around 55 referrals... and im REALLY REALLY depressed if i lost all of them :(

Also if a account got disabled, does that mean it'll be undisabled after a x amount of time?

ya i know, and they disabled my other friend for sending a support ticket about me... and my friend... i think they thought 2 of my friends were me, but it's wierd they can just check the IP address...

It was probably disabled because you spammed your referrals and posted crap in the wrong places.
