Best time to list items? [Mobile/Archive]

I'm thinking about selling some of the items I've been having trouble selling on CAG on ebay. I know one of my friends always told me he would list his items to end around 9:00pm eastern, but I was wondering if there was also a particular day that would be better to end thing on than others.

Basically, what is a good strategy in order to get my items to end at a highly trafficed time period?

I usually schedule my items to end on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, around 10 PM EST, 7 PM PDT. Sunday and Monday are usually the most recommended day, since most people are around. You'll want to stay away from Friday and Saturday nights.
