Time for me to ask a dumb question about buying online.

Surprisingly enough. I'm about to make the jump to online shopping for the first time. I know, I know. I should have done this years ago, but I never really wanted to. What was the point when I could buy what I wanted in my own town? But I've found something I want to get online and I just so happen to have won a $100 prepaid sprite visa. Now for the stupid question. If I order this, will it deduct shipping & handling from the card itself, or will I have to pay when it arrives? I know it's a very stupid question and I'm pretty sure I know the answer. But I just want to make sure. Thanks again CAG.
