Won something from me on the 12th and paid on the 12th but not until after PO was closed, so let's say technically the 13th for delivery purposes. Stated in the auction the item ships 1-2 days after payment. It shipped on the 14th. Today is the 17th. If it doesn't arrive tommorrow a dispute is opened. Save yourself trouble just in case. Block this person.

fixed for unknown post office dates.

but.... they can't open a dispute until at least a week after the period of 1-2 days after the auction, or something of the sort. if you got delivery confirmation, this won't even be a problem...

I don't think there is any time frame for paypal if you want. No kidding it isn't a problem, it's just extremely annoying. If this person pulls this after only a couple days, what are they going to do feedback wise? Buyers who order something online and then can't wait 3 - 4 days are the ones you DON'T want bidding on your stuff, especially with this crap feedback system with the stars ebay has. As I stated, it's better just to block out bidders who are like this.
