I'm trying to lay out some dimensions of something I'm building but I have to play around with it to get it just right. Is there something simple out there I can use that will draw everything to scale and include dimensions and stuff?

THANKS!!

There is a free program called Gimp. I don't know if that is what you are looking for though...Google it.

Also add Inkscape.

They are all very user friendly.

You want a Computer Aided Design (aka CAD) program.

DeltaCAD is a very basic one that's really easy to learn. Try that.

There's one for 3D modeling (like room layouts, house design) called Design Workshop. I used it a bit years ago. There's a free version.
