Why can't I edit the title of a post I created?

I know it's fashionable these days to "upgrade" a website by removing features, but being able to edit the title of your posts seems pretty damn useful to me. I used to be able to do this, now I can't. What gives?

Also, is there a help file somewhere with a list of PHPBB tags that work on this site?

The feature isn't removed, I can do it. Edit -> Go Advanced doesn't work?

Double click next to the title of a thread you've created and make a quick and easy edit.
