alright, to start off just want to say i bought a new hp pavilion elite computer that came with vista.

for the first day internet explorer would play music players on websites like myspace or stickam.com and even would play video stuff from stickam and live feed stuff like that.

well, today, i am unable to view the web players or even some icons on websites like the stickam or myspace to be able to play or start up. i just get a tiny icon on the top left of the window where the music/video player would be that has 3 objects like a square, circle and a triangle in it.

anyone know how to fix this so i can view the stuff. i believe i have everything update properly.

If I read your post correctly.. I assume you are using Vista 64 bit? If so, you might have opened up the 64 bit version of Internet Explorer, which has much less plug-in support than the standard 32 bit version most people are still using. Vista 64 bit comes with both the 64 and 32 bit versions of many programs, such as Internet Explorer.

You should be able to view Flash content if you open the 32 bit version of Internet Explorer.

Yeah, to use flash, he'll have to use the 32 bit version of IE or use an alternative browser.

Get on the Opera train.
