Scored a wavebird NEW for $22 at ZELLERS(think TARGET). This store is located in a retirement community full of old people...They still have the FIRST GBA from 8 years ago!!!!Also tons of Pikmin 2 for $11 NEW...How much is a wavebird worth? will it increase in value due to that law suit?

They go for $60+ on ebay, but I doubt they'll increase in value due to anything other than the fact that you cannot find one. That said, the Wii has failed to impress with anything new, and the Retro games on the Wii are coming out slower than ever. So it's anyone's guess as to whether the prices will climb even higher.

I think the Pikmin 2 are also a good investment at those prices.

Well, wavebirds are not even being made anymore so the price wont be affected much if at all. They are worth money regardless of the lawsuit.
